How many times must I flush 2 get u out of my life

In around February/March this year I went into my local Nedbank branch, Tygervalley, Durbanville. I closed all my accounts, current account, credit card account, petrol card, home loan - everything. Cancelling my home loan was a long tedious painful experience which took the best part of 6 months. I now thought I had Nedbank out of my life for ever. But no such luck - I just received a Personal Cardholder Statement - wow - for a card I havent used in 18 months and an account I closed 6 months ago.
What do I need to do now.
Please leave me alone and wipe me off your systems.
My next step is going to be Moneyweb or Facebook or the press, because I just don't know what to do anymore.
