DISSATISFACTION WITH HANDLING OF HOME LOAN ACCOUNT

I lodged my complaint regarding my Home Loan Account with FNB more than a month ago. To this day, I have never had any feedback from the bank. it is pure day light that I can pay for a R76 0000 account for 20 years and still said to be owing R58 000!
