Loan not paid out

I took a loan from Neywest Finance. After paying a admin fee, NWB commission as well as a 0.14% SARB (South African Reserve Bank) fee, I were promised that the loan amount will be transferred into my bank account. Up to date I have not seen one cent and I have been calling the available contact numbers 0844596425 and 0744480438 non stop without reply. My next alternative will now be the authorities.
