I received a sms and respond of my loan

I was communicating with Justin about my application of loan. I did receive every information and did everything that was needed from me. Now I haven't received any information about my loan. No transaction has been made on my account. I made almost about 25 or more calls to 0746158955 but no luck of an answer and srnt messages to the same number but no respond. Im a new customer who was looking forward of this service but now how do I tell the next person about you and your help if I get such treatment.
