Empty promises useless insurance

I had a traumatic accident on tuesday and called to arrange towing in the rain, this was a long lenghty process and too time consuming and irrelevant, i then called on wednesday to register the claim and gave a full description of the incident, i then requested car hire and was told it would take 24 hours for someone to call me back, i requested a manager and was told it will be in 2 hours, 2 hours passed no call i made several calls eventually i get an sms after 4 hours saying claim registered and you dont have car hire, still not even a call, i then made several calls to arrange the car hire which i had been paying for, i went to fetch the car hire the next day and was told the booking is for 11am and they dont have a car for me, they will drop one off with me at 11am, 12:45 i receive a damaged car after making 6 calls for the hired car, i called yesterday and was promised that i would be updated on a regular basis because my claims consultant has been changed, he promised me a call today... not even a miscall... i work for a large insurance company aswell and i must say YOUR SERVICE AND PROCESSES!!! and i will tell all my clients and family about this!!!
