To whom it may concern

I asked you for a quote today, not an increase in my own policy!!!

I have now called you 3 times in this regard, each time someone says they will put me onto a Head of Department to no avail. Please return my policy to the original as arranged with you in June of this year. NOTHING has changed since then.
