I called in at Momentum to get an insurance quote for my parents. They currently have insurance but I was looking for better premiums that the market could offer. Musa Rampoto managed to elaborate and inform me of which great benefits clients can get from an insurance policy with Momentum. We were offered great premiums as expected but our initial insurance company made a counter offer to keep us there. Musa also made follow up calls to enquire whether we have made a decision yet about taking up a policy with Momentum and this is great service for me because in our busy work schedules, we do forget to consider what has been put on the table for us and making a decision about it.
