Ignoring emails and not completing claim

My car was in a little fender bender on 26July 2013,

i asked the consultant to give me a letter to claim from the other party as it was not my fault, he did so and said he will follow up on the claim, nothing happened for almost a month, i phoned back and said its taking to long i will rather claim from miway and they get the access from other party, James said there was no problem he will re-open the claim do the assessment and let me know where to take my car, this was also a month ago. still nothing and when ever a email is sent to him no reply, he was on leave for a while and someone else would have phoned me in a day or 2 to let me know where to go but still nothing, its really frustrating to drive with a broken car for more then 2 months but the debit orders go through straight away,

really disappointed and will be moving my insurance somewhere else even if i have to pay more.
