Capitec Bank

All i can say is that capitech claim that there service is good but really they all a bunch of cakes working there
i went in to debt review and they still took money account i was left with not even a cent in my account wen i called that guy siad i need the 17.2 form so they can do a reversal and it wouldn be a problem now wen i called this morning some rude hoe says we so very sorry but there is nothing we can do abt that very rude cakes i told her i wana close my account down and she says well we cant do that u will just have to keep it open that like harassing me to stay with a bank
