Financial advisors beware

Good day all

Dealing with First life has been a horrible experience. Brad McMahon contacted me and asked if I would like to try his company for lead generation. After 6 weeks I decided not to continue with the company. At this point Brad advised that he wants 3 months cancellation notice where I must keep paying.

I thought it was ridiculous but agreed. At the end of month 3 I asked Brad to confirm cancellation but rather than replying he just debited me - R5000. I have called him over an over again and sent around 7 emails asking for an explanation and 2 weeks later his only response was "Hi Travis I emailed you last week, please find the response in that mail"

I have definitely not had any responses and feel the least he could have done was call to apologise or actually reply to my emails.
