I have been with Glenrand MID now AON since 2009, however explaining you provided about my cover on home content about my accidental and was not clearly explained. I saw that on my policy and I kept on asking myself why is excluded, why have half when you can have full cover. However to cut the story short, service I received today was clear and I knew the difference in what I have in my policy, surely the product and service training you attended you understood what was thought to you.
