Complaint about my account

I received a call on Saturday from this number 0810501337, claiming that it is a call center of capitec that they want to upgrade my in contact as they claimed it has expired, 3hours later my phone was not working and i tried to call mtn call center to check what was wrong with my phone and they told me that my phone has been swim swapped and Sunday morning i received another call claiming it is from capitec department, and appeared that R10 000.00 has been taken out of my bank account, i have my card and my modem with me, how is that possible? all i need is my money back, how come people take that money in to my account? the number that called me is 0872850070, please make a follow up, now my account has been blocked i don't feel free to use this bank anymore
