We'll take your money but don't try claim

I was robbed out of my car boot while shopping in a sketchy part of town. Didn't notice til I got home that my handbag (with mine and husbands cellphones), Tablet and both our laptops were gone from the boot. At the police station I get told that there is some signal jamming going round (wasn't aware). When I call to claim, even the woman who took my report was aware of it. When I call back to find out progress I was told that it is within their terms and conditions that if there is no damage to the car they will not pay. I am shocked and horrified. If a window had been broken or boot jimmied they would have paid for the electronics but probably not for the damage to the car. First for Women you are meant to be for us women instead you revictimise us again. I will be leaving this the entire Auto and General group now. I left Budget because of like this only to find out that Telesure are a bunch of scamster who merely take your money without thinking they might have to pay it back. I am devastated. My husband is self employed and without his equipment he cannot work, Their refusal to pay is more than taking us out of pocket. We are losing business and clients.
