They canont read or understand!!!

In 2012 my husband lost his work and was without a job for 3 months in witch I fall behind in my repayment with my loan. I lift my repayment to a R1000 per month, because I CAN NOT pay the 2 months that I was behind in once. Since November when he was working again I am on time with my payment as per arrangement. BUT every month they phone me and threaten me if I don't pay immediately they are going to hand me over. So why did I ever make an arrangement with them. I feel like stop paying totally so that they do hand me over and make an arrangement with the court and pay them only R200 a month - interest free!!!
