Payment gap/installment holiday

I have two vechiles financed via Wesbank, VW Financial services and Honda Finincal services. I read on the website that you can get a payment get, installment gap-so I called to the service centre, to be told that service shoul dof been offered and agreed to, on the sign off deals and not now, but I wasnt offered this option??? So what happens now-Is it breach of contract, is it misleading cuestomers, I am sure tons of legislation, like Treating Customers Fairly, etc aviods mess ups like this ..
