Capitec Bank
Applied for a loan but never got any response

I applied on line for a loan. The bank indicated that they will let you know within the next business day. This was almost a month back. No feedback. I think I deserve a response whether it be positive or negative. I feel i have a right as their client. I need somebody to revert back to me as soon as possible.
