This company call centre has no clue.

FOr 1 week i have been trying to get a hold of someone to assist me in getting a refund, for monies accidently transferred.
Does no one work there... your call centres are clueless, and keep transferring me to false extensions.
This is my money and i want it back...
no body helps, this is pathetic service... i am appaulled...
