FNB Insurance Brokers
Deducting premiums but claim not honoured

I have been a client of FNBib for some time now and i pay about R910 for Car Household phone. In April I had to move residence and i informed FNBib. I was informed that since I don't have security gates on my premises i can not have household insurance phone cover which I agreed to and my policy changed to Car only at R480 premium. Now listen at these deductions May=R910, June=R910, July=R910, August=R910. i have email to FNBib to prove how unhappy I was at these deduction and on the 27 Aug I sent another one to a lady Patience Masemene with no reply and on 04 Sep my phone was at VA gym. Now FNBib says I am not insured. but here is the best part on the 26th Sep guess how much they deducted... R910 and I am not insured. I can not understand this, I hate what they are doing to FNB's name.
