Standard Bank
Bad service and getting worse every time

I went into the bank to do a transaction. I was busy waiting at the counter while the two ladies there are having an argument over who must help me. Then I go to the enquiries area where another two ladies are chatting away while I am standing there. Then I asked for help. While I am waiting for them, another client walks into the bank and they help her immediately. This is not my first bad encounter with Standard bank. Starting to think it is time I change my bank.;
