Service!!!

Here i am writing a complaint again about Standard Bank their service!!!

i was retrenched and claimed insurance my insurance was paid out in July 2013.I even confirmed this with the call centre as they constantly harressing me by calling me every day!!! i spoke to a lady yesterday as i could not get hold of Mpho as she has never contacted me as promised via email since last week!!! She does not answer her office phone and does not get back to customers at this point i am prepared to take this matter to the OMBUDSMAN and the MEDIA!!! I HAVE HAD IT!!! I WILL NEVER REFER PEOPLE TO STANDARD BANK AND WILL INFORM THOSE WHO DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE HOW MUCH THEIR SERVICE!!!
