I had a query about a reversal of a debit order on my account... This took 9 days for someone to know whats going on or that can do it. After a couple of emails and calls and never any feedback I got to the point that it needs to get sorted and made a few call and got transferred around again like sand in the wind...

Short and sweat and after I need to pay a service fee for reversal. I keep them online, log into online and it looks good, finally sorted out.. or so I thought.. At the end of the call everything switches into sales mode and offers me this savings pocket as part of my cheque account...

Already irritated by the whole "black ops operation" for 1 reversal, I just say no, no, no... not interested and hang up the phone.. after a few days, I log into my online banking - This savings pocket is now part now my account...

How bad of a bank can you get... I really wish I never switched and to everyone out there... Don't switch as the service you get is pathetic non the less!!!
