MONEY NOT RECEIVED @ ATM XANADU X-ING HARTBEESPOOR

On 17th sept approx 8.15am onwards i was drawing money from the ATM at xanadu x-ing shopping centre. i was already busy at machine and had requested wdwl of R500. your security guys who collect boxes openend the security door to ATM, while i was still busy. there was 2 klunking sounds from ATM, my ABSA card was then retuurned. i did not get a slip or money. at same time ABSA sms me that R500 was withdrawn. i confrinted security guys and asked why they must enter ATM when people r busy. they mentione that i should not have any effect. i called my branch and they said i should come in straight away to complete a form. I sat at bank for 1 hour completing forms. ABSA ref # 2524056. Absa mentioned it would take like 9 days, re my query. then a few days ago i get sms that ABSA unable to? 3rd party. it has been a waste of time and money. pls advise.
