I requested (via e-mail) that my monthly statements be sent electronically in June and since then I have not received a statement unless I actually ask for it. I've received feedback from various consultants (see names below) each month, promising to fix the problem, and yet, once again this month, no statement and once again I've sent them an e-mail requesting my statement.
