I would like to commend Reinhardt Smit from Iwyze for his outstand assistance in resolving my query with Iwyze. He really showed that he value Iwyze customer and take the companies relationship with their customers serious.

After posting my complaint on Hellopeter, Reinhardt Smit responded in less than 4 hours with a solution at hand. We managed to reached an amicable agreement. Courtesy car has been extended and I'm receiving frequent feedback. Only if all South Africans would provide as half the prompt efficient service delivery, South Africa will surpass in service delivery.
