Outsurance
Poor Service

My vehicle is insured with Outsurance. I had a minor accedent and the vehicle was refered to one of their preferred pannelbeaters, Danmar Autobody Opherton. Outsurance dont back me up to put pressure on the pannelbeater to get work done. I have to phone around the whole time to find out what is happening. The vehicle is with them since the 15th of April. Outsurance say they will see what they can do, but nothing comes from it. The service they advertise on TV and what i as a loyal payer get does not match up.
