Payup letter not resolved

I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha identity number 7909255929080 hereby lay a complaned about the DMC response for requesting the pay up letter for Virgin Active account. I have pay full outstanding balance in August 2013 and after I I did request the pay up letter to them and they told me that I must provide them with an e-mail adress which I did . but nothing received I requested this several times and I even provide them with alternative e-mail adress but still they couldnt send me the letter. I have been experiencing the same situation with another service provider, which gave me the same problem because they didnt send me the pay up letter and on the later stage after five years they demanded me that I didnt pay them . fortunatelty the matter was resolved . so that I dont want this to happen again thats why I have requested the pay up letter to DMC.
