Spoke with 4 different consultants that refered me to varous departments; after speaking to the 4th consultant (obviously a tad irate at this point but not RUDE to anyone I was speaking to) at Home Loans Assistance my call was disconnected with an "Oh My G*d ...! " which it utterly disgusting!!! Especially after my trying to explain and enquire if it was possible to have a call back (should the line be bad)
