I have a standard bank bond, and I have failed to get proper service for me to get a Home Loan Protection Plan.

I have been to the branch and left my details as I was told that the responsible consultants do not work on weekends.

I have also used the branch consultants phone to call the responsible department, left my details and was told that they would call back and 2 months down the line i still have not received the desired assistance...
