I contacted the info e-mail address via the main website... no response. I then called the main number to escalate to the CEO: my call was sent to Executive Complaints Resolution! Obviously this happens often and we cant possibly have a senior manager deal directly with a customer complaint. Nobody answered! Oh yes, my call was also dropped at least once on trying to leave a message. Then I left a message to have my problem resolved. So far there has been no response.

On another matter I recently approached the Bank on an investment issue... you guessed it: no response!

The issue: pension payments to Auckland NZ have stopped and the Bank has failed to respond to e-mails from NZ. My friend in NZ has asked me to illicit a response locally.

What a bureaucratic, plodding bank! And the executives are unreachable. I'd like this problem RESOLVED promptly and I'd like an executive to call me to resolve it ASAP.

This is about a pensioner not getting her money from the Bank and goodness knows, but let's start with lazy, indifferent staff.

Wake up and do your job!!!
