Unhappy with poor service, late delivery & cracks

Busy building & paid Pronto over R80 000 for concrete mix to date. Chose Pronto because you being 8 kms away. 1 August Pronto driver arrived at 5.33pm, 4 hours late for first delivery of foundation concrete. Driver arrived 5 hours late with 2nd delivery 23 August at 5.17pm for the ground slab. As cash customer, I pay vat & do not get a single cent discount on premium rates in a monopolistic environment. Pronto late deliveries caused overtime for the workers amounting to R15K & working in unsafe conditions at night. Complained to the person in charge of the Wynburg Pronto branch & there was no apology, refund or discount. Worried if this is how you treat customers. For now I am just a small flie being abused by Pronto. Still need 30 cubic metres of Concrete to complete the top deck. Hoping this time Pronto will deliver as promised & provide discount to write of the R15000 loss we incurred due to their late deliveries. Can Pronto executive that actually cares, please assist me obtain my refund. No smooth talkers, politicians & rugby players please. I want a person that actually works & follows up & not someone who just talks & wastes more time & cause more losses and cracks. Unhappy cus
