Oneplan Health Insurance
Of no use

I took out a health insurance with One Plan. Everything looked great including the price. I received an email saying my application was accepted and my cover would have started from 1 November 2013.
I was reading through my documents and to my surprise everything that I had a problem with was excluded permanently!!! Not even a waiting period (which is normal) just plain total exclusion!!!
I had no choice but to cancel the insurance. If you are only prepared to insure me for the things I don't need insurance for then stuff it!!!
If anybody reads this report and you are considering getting health insurance with One Plan, read the documents very carefully or you might be in for a very big surprise!!
