Originally logged a complaint on 13 July, whence a person contacted me to indicate that I need to wait until August for everything to reflect AND they will follow up with me in August. Well we are now in September and guess what, neither happened.

Thanks for not caring... thus guess what is happening next, I'm closing the additional accounts opened, moving my business account and then last on the list is the bond.
