Bad attitude & ripp off

Idge Loans have promised me to sort out the quirie with the loan i had with them, where they handed me over to NUdebt to collect in June where the Capital was R4500.60 and i had made and agreement with them to pay that off in 3 months. they had debited in the 1 st 2 months thereafter they did not deibt the balance of R1500, they told me they could not debit because Bridge Loans had retracted the account and broaght it back with the with a journal which meant that i now owe them R2979.76 from R1500 which had a difference of R1400 in it without any explanation. when i went to their branch i was told they took it back by mistake. i wrote on Hello Peter and they replied that they have rectified that and yet they didnt, everytime i phone i am helped by a different and very rude consultant who refuses to let me speak to the mananger or the superviser. on the 20/09/2013 around 14:15 i spoke to a guy who called himself Arno who made me hold for 20 min and could not help, and refused to let me speak to her supervisor. on a previous day a kady who called herself Precious promised that she will get the manager to call me back as she could see the was a mistake in here. till to date am waiti
