Unauthorised debit orde

FNB Housing finance breached the contract by debiting my account on the 20th september 2013. Normally they debit on the 30th of every month. this is unproffesional and very inconvient. Incompetent bank wants my money on the 20th as if i have defaults on my account, i have never even skipped/missed payments from any debtor.

I am going to avoid FNB future business like a plague.
