Struggling to receive funs after car was fixed

After a long struggle with UNITY insurance for them to pay out, in the meantime I repaired my vehicle had to take a personal loan to do so, after a couple of months UNITY made an offer to pay 33% of the damages after a lot of backwards and forwards with lawyers and the OMBOTSMAN, but they did not pay the funds to me, it was paid to the finance institute, we accepted the offer in the first place stating funds must be paid to me and it was not paid to me, now I'm sitting with the monthly payment of the personal loan and the monthly instalment for the car, I'm trying to retrieve the money from the finance institute but they need a formal letter from UNITY to say they can go ahead and make the payment to me, and with no luck could I get hold of someone to help me with this matter. It took from 2012/11/18( - 10months) until now to get so far and still UNITY is not very helpful.
