Please could I have response/info

I want to register for CTA level 1 next year. I don't want to go into full details of my query on a public forum, but in order to complete my registration for the single remaining bridging module I would need to complete I was told by the advisors I would need to contact person X for permission. They said they couldn't help me with what I required at their end told me I would probably be able to get assistance with people higher up.

I have tried phoning the number I was given, I have tried emailing several people..I did get a response, but was told to clear my issue up the with the advisors. So I dutifully returned to Florida to speak to the advisors and they told me that they have different information from the accounting faculty. What do I do now?

I went back to the Florida branch first thing this morning and spoke to the advisors again this morning and they tried their best, they even emailed people on my behalf, but still I have no response. They hoped I would get a response later today but still nothing.

I am very anxious because registration closes on Friday and I would really appreciate it if somebody would consider my query and enlighten me while there is still time.
