On the 24th August, I attempted to withdraw R2000 from the FNB ATM at the Square in Boksburg.
The machine, displayed the message "out of service" after I had proceeded with my transaction, and no money came out. Being weekend their call centre was closed.
On Monday I laid the complaint (26 August), the faxed me the grievance forms, which I completed and faxed back.
I have since had to phone in 3 times, and every time spend 30 minutes with a useless consultant who can't talk English, and won't listen to the issue at hand, never mind attempt to resolve it.
They always promise the matter will be corrected in 48 hours.
As can be seen, I am sure they mean 48 days. This is, and I am losing interest on MY MONEY!
