Fantastic Service

I was at Standard Bank in Silverton last week Friday (13 May) to collect my card.
I experience fantastic service there!
I was not sure where to go and stood in a row. A Standard Bank consultant came and asked everyone what it is they want to do and I was directed to the correct counter. In the same queue was an elderly man and the same consultant asked him as well, and right then and there he helps this man and shows him an easier and quicker way so that he do not have to stand in the row.
All the staff was very friendly, no one there was walking around with a sulking face.
I immediately felt welcome and at ease.
