Early this month - I complained on Hello Peter about incorrect balances I keep on receiving from Absa in respect of my credit card. I've been paying large amounts each month only to find that my account is in credit via a statement after I told them once I'm up todate I want to close the account (on numerous times). I was helped by Pravesh Bejay and afterwards Monique Naude. The problem is I had to constantly follow up with Monique. I had to forward statements that the account is in credit. I had to ask her for feedback and well today when I mailed her... Surprise Surprise she is on leave until who knows when! without forwarding my enquiry to the next person. Geez, what is going on there at Absa bank???
