Good Service

I have been working in Banking industry for 9years and at times the service we receive from colleagues in other institution drive me crazy but I must say when I visited New Germany branch I had a different view of capitec. the lady who opened my account (pity forgot her name) had system challenges but she kept me calm and relaxed assured me all will be sorted I could see she was bit paniking but to me that made me see she cares about me as a client and want me to be the customer. if I was not working for another bank which I get staff rates would definately transfer my salary to capitec and specifically New Germany
staff are friendly and you feel welcome
