SHOCKING SERVICE!!

My husband & I joinned Essentail Med in March 2012. The service levels have been a complete disgrace.
They make promises they cannot or won't fulfill, one from the other of the staff have no idea as to what is going on. It takes countless mails & phone calls to get anything done at all. There has to be consistenet follow ups. Once one is beyond the point of anger, they promise to resolve & deliver results only to renae on these again a few days later. When premiums are paid timeously before month end, we receive sms 's telling us we have not paid. Medical accounts are not paid, months later these are still being sorted out. Accounts have to be submitted 3 & 4 times. There is excuse after excuse with payments & re-imbursements. Accounts cannot be found that have been submitted. Even though they have acknowledged receiving them.
The CEO & the Directors of the Company cannot be reached for comment - Which is appalling.!! Yet we are paying for a service and these complaints are stalled with no recourse to Directorship of the Co.
A year and 1/2 later we receive a further sms telling us our 'Welcome to Essential Med" pack is on it;s way to us ..
