Maxicare contract is a

I took out a MAXICARE TV maintenance contract about 20 years ago. Today for the first time, I have a claim. Guess what - I now have a LCD TV which is not covered. I should have PHONED them to tell them when I bought the LCD TV!!! I have been paying for a TV maintenance contract on a TV I no longer have and they are not even interested in being helpful in this predicament - about R 10 000 paid in all this time for NOTHING!!!
