On 16 September an 'adjustment' to the value of R2 923 was made debiting my account, When I phoned to query this oddity I was told 'oh yes it is a mistake with some vendors, we aren't sure why it has happened' I then said ok when is the money going to be put back in my account if it is a mistake, 'we don't know'!! I then said well why don't you put back MY money into MY account while you sort out YOUR mistake instead of costing me and making it impossible to purchase the stock I need for bus business today. 'we can't do that! So NEDBANK are happy to take all the money out of customers accounts don't notify customers of the error and then refuse to put back the CUSTOMERS money while sort out their mistake! UNACCEPTABLE
