Need assistance

Hi guys,

i have been dealing with my lawyers to assist me in getting a judegement recinded from your bank since i have paid off the loan amount in 2012. The listing is updated on Transunion as paid in full but i cannot get access to credit due to the judegment still reflecting, my lawyers contacted Capitec and they stated that they would not give concession or authority to have the judegement recinded until 3 years have passed since the listing of the judegement. Is there anyone that can assist me in getting the judegment recinded or agree to the recindment of the judgement by the courts please, i sent emails but no one can tell me what to do or where to go to. They stated i need to send a detailed letter as to why i want the judegement removed but who do i send the letter to? i have paid the account and want to repair my credit record but the Capitec judgement is the only repairing that needs done... thank you and kind regards
