Since i joined oneplan there has been nothing but problems... four months ago i went to the doctor for a check up since i was in my my last trimester of my pregnancy so i called One and asked them to load funds for R700- R250 for the GP and R500 for the pathology test (which i did not take) they loaded both funds into my onecard but since i only used R250 the remaining R500 was retracted. I then get a call from ITC saying i owe oneplan R250 for the pathology amount... for the past four months i have been explaining this to their consultants and get the response that everything was sorted out... This was in May guess what its Sep now and I'm still explaining the same thing yet again the response is no ma'am we will get back to you, no ma'am our finance department made a mistake, no ma'am our underwriters made a mistake nothing but excuses... IM STILL WAITING
