I generally experience good service with oneplan. though I think it can still be improved. All my queries have always been sorted out at the soonest possible time, although I believe such issues should never happen in the first place. My hospital claims have been claimed and my procedures authorised. And I should say I sort of did not expect it considering the level of dissatisfaction with oneplan.

however, not all is well for me. I believe a few things can be improved. first, im not a South African citizen so I always have to call when I need to load funds. its a costly process for me. second, one plan actually wastes money by requiring that we go to GPs to get approval to see a specialist. if I know I need to see a specialist, but I then waste R250 to go get a referral letter to a specialist, then its such a waste of money.

there is also too much redtape with one plan. doctors must always write letter. they get irritated cos they not in the job of writing letters. now im pregnant and im gonna be asking my gynaecologist to write letters about how far long I am just so that I get funds loaded. Oneplan should really look into simplifying things. Simple is always best
