False advertising

The initial advert stated a 'copy and paste' system, with a once off payment. Once payment was made, the package sent stated that it was an advertising job, and that "only names and addresses generated from your paid advertisments will be accepted". There was no mention of this hidden cost in the initial advert.
I was unhappy and demanded a refund. They have delayed my refund and not answered simple questions asked. They state that I must first do work for them (where I need to pay) and "prove" I have not followed their system for a refund. I feel this is and they have displayed no interest in refunding me. I am very unhappy and will be reporting them to the Department of Trade and Industry and take this further if needed.
