Hi there, i am not sure whether i should blame my self or wesbank firstly, i bought a car during the auction which taken place on 12th sep and the car was seemed ok and this morning after collecting the car it cant even drive its going to left to right that is in very bad condition, i had to straight to the tyre shop to change tyres and that is not at all impressed from wesbank, they didn't mentioned about tyres on the car that they are damaged and i cant drive with that worst condition after changing tyres i called senior manager i think his name is morne, but he cant help, they saying they cant do anything you have check before you buy. which you cant check the tyres bcoz wesbank does not allow the customer to drive or move. now i am utterly disappointed after paying 106 thousand rands which is a lot of money for me. being prestige customer to fnb as well wesbank vehicle loan customer in future i wouldn't suggest any one i know of and i will make sure my self to cancel my all accounts from wesbank groups. very very very bad service and really unhappy that i am facing from wesbank now. I dont even know what can i do, i even asked the manager may be if he could help to exchang
