OUT OF STOCK AGAIN!!! Complaint Reference : 340303

I received no contact number for Tracey Sonickson or contact from her and this is the reason for lodging another complaint.
On Tuesday 10.09.2013 I received a call from an unknown number it was a guy from FNB smart devices he informed me that stock will be arriving on Thursday 12.09.2013 and confirmed it on FNB side and Digital Planet side.
When I called Digital Planet on Thursday to confirm whether stock arrived the lady I spoke to said that they will not be receiving stock on Thursday but only Wednesday 18.09.2013. This is totally unacceptable!!! I was told stock would arrive Thursday and again a BIG disappointment from FNB AGAIN!!!
This is frustrating as I get told different things and someone is lying and I don't like to be to. Every time it's a different story. And apologising all the time is not helping; someone needs to start doing their job properly.
I want answers, and in writing as then I'll have proof because talking over the phone is not working!!!
I mailed [Email Removed] for answers but received no response yet, just an automated reply!
