Requested Pension Fund Withdrawal since Feb 2013

Hi There

I was dismissed from my employer on the 15/02/2013 due to for the amount of /- R800 000.00, I was on the 15/02/2013 taken to jail and on the the 18/02/2013 released on bail. I had sent through my Alexandra Forbes Withdrawal forms to my company on the 26/02/2013. However my former company of 5 years has requested a hold on my withdrawal. I recently found out that my fund is not even collecting interest it is just somewhere wait to be released on the companies request.

I appeared in court 4 times before and on the 20 July 2013 the judge dismissed the case on the fact that the prosicutor had not made copies of the docket since 24/04/2013.

Please help me understand if i have any rights to withdraw my fund based on the information provided above.
